Disclosures
Membership will automatically renew annually on the anniversary of this agreement, and the client’s chosen payment method will be charged at each renewal. Membership may be canceled or modified at any time. All Membership dues are earned upon receipt. However, if for any reason the attorney-client relationship is terminated, the client may be entitled to a refund based upon the value of services already provided.
HM Law reserves the right to increase HM Law 365™ Membership dues at any time. We will provide clients with at least 30 days’ notice prior to any increase.
A Member may upgrade their plan level in the future at any time. There is considerable value in being an upgraded Member, given the features and benefits. In exchange for the value HM Law provides, for any future upgrade, we ask for a minimum three (3) year commitment at the chosen plan level, payable in advance. Renewal would then take place at the beginning of the 4th year after the upgrade. Given how we charge fees, it is essential to the well-being of our firm, the staff, and all of our clients that we protect our time investment in this process as well.
