We’re not in the “document” business. We’re in the relationship business. Your estate planning and elder law attorney should be an advisor who’s there for you and your family when needed – in good times and in times of crisis or uncertainty – whether it’s next month, next year, or at some unknown point down the line. The only way we’re able to do that is by maintaining a relationship with you and with others who play a significant role in your estate plan, including your fiduciaries and financial/tax advisors.

Membership Levels
HM Law 365™ has 3 membership levels, with new resources being added regularly.
Every HM Law client who engages in comprehensive planning becomes a member of HM Law 365™ at the Essential level, with no annual
subscription fee. Quite a few of our clients find value in periodic reviews and discounts on future services, but do not feel they need more at this time. However, many of our clients seek a fully supportive and collaborative role with us. So, for an additional $1 or $2 a day, our clients can upgrade membership to receive more features and benefits.

- 125% fee credit if within 5-year lookback
- Asset assessment and application only: $1,000 (compared to $2,500)
- Community Spouse Service: $2,500 (compared to ≥ $5,000)
