Estate Planning and Elder Law, Done Differently
I’ve lived in Lebanon, Ohio for nearly 30 years, transplanted from the Detroit Metro area. I’m an alumna of Our Lady of Mercy High School, Farmington Hills, Michigan and attended University of Michigan in Ann Arbor for Visual Fine Art and Metal Design. I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Art History from Union Institute in Cincinnati.
My legal career has focused on Elder Law for 23 years. I am a Certified Paralegal by the National Association of Legal Assistants. Through my own family’s experience, I learned first-hand how emotionally draining it can be to provide care for someone at end-of-life. I’m committed to helping families with experience, skill, and compassion to gain the best possible outcome for their loved ones. My father was a WWII Veteran and benefited from Veteran’s Aid and Attendance and disability benefits. It is an honor to help other Veterans and their families to receive these hard-earned benefits owed to them through their service to our country.
I have an adult daughter working as a Doula caring for mothers and children in Colorado Springs. My husband and I enjoy gardening, motorcycles, and home brewing beer. I love to cook, bake bread, and ferment foods. I’m a WWII history buff and toured the battlefields of the Ardennes where my father served with the 106th Infantry Division. I reconstructed the timeline of my father’s WWII service since his passing and host a blog about his service, his Division and the battlefields. I’m a Life Member of the 106th Infantry Division Association and have contributed articles regarding research for their quarterly publication.
